The below prices are from 2024 and can serve as a reference for planning. The official 2025 cost will be available November 2024.
Registration will open March 1, 2025. Those who register during Early Bird Registration SAVE $15 off the below rates!
On-Campus Package – includes on-campus dorm lodging Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesday night, all meals starting with Monday breakfast, ending with Wednesday lunch, all refreshment breaks, and a linen package. (Sunday night dinner can be added on to your registration.)
Double Occupancy – In this scenario, you pay a lower room rate and share a room with another attendee. You will have the opportunity to indicate a roommate preference during registration. There is a bathroom in each dorm room
Single Occupancy – In this scenario, you pay a higher room rate but have the dorm room to yourself. You will NOT have to share a bathroom with other conference attendees.
Off-Campus Package – includes lunch Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, dinner Monday, banquet meal Tuesday evening, and all refreshment breaks.
Single Day Rate – includes refreshment breaks and lunch to day of attendance. Virtual conference participation is also included with all in-person conference registration.
