What do you value about ACL? The community, particularly as manifested in the very useful list discussions. And the conferences, as well, I am sure, but, alas, I have yet to get to one…

What do you as an academic librarian contribute to your campus? Academically-significant resources, technology, information literacy training, and research and scholarship “Sherpa” service, creative programming, and a dynamic physical and virtual learning environment.

In your own words: Library Director, Mabee Library, MidAmerica Nazarene University, 2011-present. Librarian for over 35 years, in special, public, and academic library settings; experience with cataloging, government documents, statewide resource sharing and ILL, technology support, and, for the last 18 years, executive-level administration. Particular interest in cultural and educational library programming and the introduction of non-traditional library services.
