The conference will begin on Monday, June 11, and conclude
on Thursday, June 14, with an evening banquet.
The ON-CAMPUS PACKAGE (Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy) includes registration fee, four nights of dorm accommodations, linens (towel, washcloth, pillow, sheets,
blanket and pillowcase), meals, dessert reception, and breaks. Meals begin with dinner Monday evening and conclude with banquet meal Thursday evening.
(You can make a cash purchase for Friday breakfast in the cafeteria Friday morning.) >
The OFF-CAMPUS PACKAGE includes registration fee, lunches, dinners, breaks, dessert reception, and Thursday evening banquet meal. (Breakfast and lodging are not a part of this package.)
Single Day Registration includes meetings & presentations, lunch, and breaks for selected day(s) only. Those who choose this option must register
separately for the banquet if desired.
By choosing the electronic version of the notebook, you will not receive a print notebook at conference. The electronic notebook will be available for
download in PDF format to your phone, tablet or computer one week prior to conference. This format is compatible with Nooks, Kindles, iPads, Android tablets,
Windows PCs, and MacOS. There will also be a free conference app available for those with a smart phone.
Please indicate your choice for the optional pre-conference workshops. The cost is $60 for one or $100 if you choose both half-day pre-conference workshops. Lunch is included.
