Job Summary
Ascent College provides undergraduate programs that train Christian workers in ministry leadership. Ascent College is equipping Spirit-empowered ministry leaders to be passionate, principled, and practical leaders through sound Biblical education and leadership development. Ascent College is accredited through ABHE and a member of the Assemblies of God Alliance for Higher Education. Ascent students complete most of their entire program online in partnership with local churches, which provide practical ministry training through structured practicums. Ascent College students are distributed throughout the United States and abroad. The digital librarian role is a remote, part-time position and will report to the Vice President of Academics.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet the research needs of the students of Ascent College, a primarily online school.
- Manage and resource the Ascent College digital library, working with online databases, subscriptions, and library sharing programs.
- Meet the ABHE standards for library resources.
