Dorm life

• Most dorms do not have a lamp or light you can reach from the bed, so I take a small LED flashlight that will sit on it's bottom and point towards the ceiling to give me some light to get in bed, etc. If I drive I take a small hanging light that is used under the hood of a car. It usually had an outlet so it does double duty as an extension cord.

• In older dorms you never know if a plug will be located close to a mirror. I always take an extension cord for hair dryer, etc.
