Evening Library Supervisor - MidAmerica Nazarene University - Olathe, KS

  • Supervise student library workers, five nights per week.
  • Assist in onboarding of new student evening library workers.
  • Oversee information desk, help patrons with reference questions, and assist with library closing duties.
  • Create and maintain institutional repository collections.
  • Solicit, identify, catalog, and upload institutional repository materials.
  • Conduct quality and copyright checks on submitted institutional repository materials.
  • Host evening library programs, meet with speakers, and assist in managing the library gallery space.
  • Serve circulation needs of Nazarene Bible College—a contractual partner with MidAmerica Nazarene University.
  • Assist library colleagues in the day-to-day operations of the library, interacting with co-workers, student workers, and library users.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Baccalaureate degree required.

Enrollment in an ALA-accredited Master’s degree in library science preferred.
