Virtual Exhibit Booth includes:

  • Virtual Conference Access for two staff (June 7-10, 2021)
  • Exhibitor Directory Listing in Whova, our virtual event hosting platform
  • Virtual Booth in Whova (like pictured below) includes the following:
    • Compay Listing including company name, description, slogan, address, link to website
    • Logo
    • Ability to link to a company video (YouTube or Vimeo)
    • Opportunity to add up to 3 PDF files (10 MB size limit) 
    • Chat feature to engage with attendees
    • Ability to add optional photos
    • "Request Information" button - generates lead information back to you
    • Share coupons or raffle/giveaway - attendees provide email address to redeem

5/01 - Exhibitors can begin virtual booth set up
5/13 - Registration Deadline (*$50 late fee after 4/30)
5/24 - Whova available to attendees
6/7-10 - Participate in Conference - engage with attendees through the virtual platform
