All conference payments are due within 30 days of submitting the online registration form or by May 12, 2022, whichever comes first. Conference registrations will be canceled if the payment is not received by then.

  • Protected access to full conference programming scheduled June 13-15

  • 2 Plenary Workshops (Previously known pre-conference workshops)
    Access to 10 workshop presentations shared by librarian colleagues
  • Collaboration with other like-minded librarians via chat, live workshop Q&A sessions, Poster Sessions, and Section Meetings

  • If you can't catch the live event, no problem! Participants have access to the session recordings for 6 months.

What do you get with in-person conference registration?

  • Access to Whova, our virtual conference hosting platform, through web app and/or mobile app 
  • The on-campus package includes on-campus lodging Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesday night, all meals starting with Monday breakfast, ending with Wednesday lunch, and a linen package.
  • ALL conference programming including the Keynote Address, 2 Plenary Workshops (Previously known pre-conference workshops), access to 10 pre-recorded workshop presentations shared by librarian colleagues in Whova, as well as in-person workshops. 
  • Collaboration with other like-minded librarians via chat, live workshop Q&A sessions, Poster Sessions, and Section Meetings
  • Networking opportunities through interest group lunches, section meetings, and additional in-person networking opportunities.
  • Spiritual encouragement through daily devotionals and prayer opportunities
  • All in-person participants will have access to all of the content shared in Whova for 6 months.
