*If you are not a member of ACL, please consider joining the Association first to save $75 off of your conference fees. You will also enjoy many other membership benefits throughout the year. 

Online registration will close Thursday, May 9.

All conference payments are due within 30 days of submitting online registration form or by May 10, 2019, which ever comes first. Conference registration balances that are not paid by then will be cancelled.

What do you get with conference registration?

On-Campus Conference Package includes:

  • All conference programming focused on professional development and trends in the library field, including keynote address, vendor showcase, poster sessions, and access to 36 concurrent workshop sessions.
  • An evening of relaxing fun and fellowship is planned for Monday night as the opening reception. A casual cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs will be served on the lawn, and the entertainment for the evening will be karaoke. Tuesday evening you'll be able to join other colleagues on a ice cream run to Ivanhoe's. Enjoy beautiful musical entertainment Thursday night after the closing banquet. 
  • Networking opportunities throughout the Conference including special time devoted to section meetings and interest groups
  • All meals and breaks beginning with Monday night dinner and ending with the Thursday night banquet are included with the on-campus package.
  • Dorm room accommodations are in the Scripture Hall on the IWU campus Monday night through Thursday night (June 10-13).  Scripture Hall is a 3-story suite-style residence hall comprised of 2 or 4 spacious bedrooms, a common living room, and shared bathroom. 
  • A linen package that includes, blanket, two flat sheets, pillow, pillowcase, two towels, a hand towel, a washcloth, and a small bar of soap.

Off-Campus Conference Package includes:

  • All conference programming focused professional development and trends in the library field, including keynote address, vendor showcase, poster sessions, and access to 36 concurrent workshop sessions.

  • With the exception of breakfast each morning, all breaks and meals beginning with Monday night opening cookout and ending with the Thursday night banquet are included in this package.

Single-Day Registration includes:

  • All conference programming that is on the schedule for the day attending. (Tuesday: keynote and workshops, Wednesday: Vendor Showcase and workshops, Thursday: workshops)
  • Lunch and break for the day.
  • Single-day attendees can choose to add dinner to their conference registration for additional fee.
