On-line registration will close close Thursday, May 10.

All conference payments must be received by Friday, May 18. Conference registration balances that are not paid by then will be cancelled.

What do you get with conference registration?

On-Campus Conference Package includes:

  • All conference programing focused professional development and trends in the library field, inluding keynote address, vendor showcase, poster sessions, and access to 30 concurrent workshop sessions.
  • Dessert reception Monday night featuring a Film Festival and tour of Miller Communication Arts Building
  • Networking opportunities throughout the Conference including special time devoted to section meetings and interest groups
  • All meals and breaks beginning with Monday night dinner and ending with the Thursday night banquet are included with the on-campus package.
  • Dorm room accomodations in Asbury's Kresge Hall Monday night through Thursday night (June 11-14).  Each hall is built around common areas furnished with couches and tables and a kitchenette. The four- to five-person suites located around these common areas have individual bathrooms with multiple sinks. Three rooms share a bathroom that come off the common area.
  • A linen package that includes, sheets, pillowcase, towel, washcloth and blanket.

Off-Campus Conference Package includes:

  • All conference programing focused professional development and trends in the library field, inluding keynote address, vendor showcase, poster sessions, and access to 30 concurrent workshop sessions.
  • Dessert reception Monday night featuring a Film Festival and tour of Miller Communication Arts Building
  • Networking opportunities throughout the Conference including special time devoted to section meetings and interest groups
  • All meals and breaks with the exception of breakfast each morning, are included in this package.

Single-Day Registration includes:

  • All conference programing that is on the schedule for the day attending. (Tuesday: keynote and workshops, Wednesday: Vendor Showcase and workshops, Thursday: workshops)
  • Lunch and breaks for the day.
  • Single day day attendees can choose to add dinner to their conference registration for additional fee.
