Moving Above and Beyond: Developing the Leader Within You
Are you a leader (or do you want to be a leader)? Want to know more about developing your leadership skills? Do you have a plan in place for the next generation of leaders in your library?
This workshop will focus on understanding how we can use experiential learning as a development tool to capture our leadership knowledge and skills, while creating an environment that fosters succession planning for leaders in the context of higher education. Attendees will experience an interactive pre-conference consisting of short lectures, activities, and assessment tools designed to encourage self-reflection and provide the tools necessary for understanding how to develop one’s own leadership skills.
This unique hybrid workshop will be offered in person on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University or online! Choose the option that best fits your needs.
