Frank Quinn

Dean of University Library Services
Lenoir-Rhyne University

One of my favorite things about the Association of Christian Librarians is the emphasis on *librarians*. My vision for ACL is one that builds on member engagement, encourages leadership, creates professional development opportunities, and enhances existing, but encourages new intellectual property for the Association. ACL has been very well led, and consequently, we've seen membership growth, new grant support opportunities, and exciting new interest groups. I am especially encouraged by our increasingly international membership. My prayer is that this organization will continue to be a blessing to its members and to its members' libraries and institutions.

Linda Poston

Director of Murray Library
Messiah University

As the association looks to the future, it is important to build on the strengths of individual members, groups, networks, institutions, and partnerships to address the evolving nature of publishing, open access, expectations of library users, emerging technologies, and external challenges such as the pandemic. As many of our members are approaching retirement, it is essential to continue to develop a strong foundation of “next generation” library professionals to assume positions of leadership in the association at all levels. My contribution to this future is my experience in academic libraries over the past 25 years, adjusting to changes in publishing and the profession, and effective collaboration with other ACL members.
