2010 Registration Information
The ACL Conference Team is excited about having you join us for the 54th Annual Conference to be held in St. Paul, Minnesota! On-line registration is now available (since March 9, 2010). We hope that the information below will help you plan your trip.
The conference begins on Monday, June 7 and ends on Friday, June 11. There is an optional Pre-Conference during the day on Monday which you will be able to register for in addition to the conference package.
THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE (with a discount) WILL BE APRIL 30, 2010.
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MAY 15, 2010.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
Refund Information
The Online Registration Forms are now ready! There are separate forms for Members, Non-members, and Guests. Please use one form for each person registering.
To Pay by Check or Credit Card using On-line Form:

1. Complete the on-line registration form and choose "Pay by Check" or "Pay by Credit Card" at the end of the form. (If this does not work for you, you may request a .pdf version of the form via e-mail, confreg @ acl.org.)
2. Once you have submitted your registration on-line, you will be able to print a confirmation.
3. If you chose "Pay by Check", simply mail your check indicating which people's registrations are included in the check. You do not need to send a printed copy of the registration form with your check if you have submitted the registration on-line.

ON CAMPUS PACKAGE:
The conference package for on-campus attendees includes conference registration and all meals and breaks, reception, banquet and lodging. Residence halls are all suite layout with kitchenettes. Rates for this option are:
ACL MEMBER: Single Occupancy $405 | Double Occupancy $355
NON-MEMBER: Single Occupancy $455 | Double Occupancy $405
LIBRARY SCHOOL STUDENT: Single Occupancy $340 | Double Occupancy $290
OFF CAMPUS PACKAGE:
The off-campus package includes conference registration, lunches, dinners, breaks, reception, and banquet only. Rates for this option are:
ACL MEMBER: $240
NON-MEMBER: $300
LIBRARY SCHOOL STUDENT: $175
We have worked out a discounted room rate with the Country Inn & Suites – Roseville, for $100 per night. We have a block of rooms reserved under Association of Christian Librarians. Reservations need to be made by May 6, 2010, in order to receive this discounted rate. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, fitness center, wireless internet and free shuttle service to Northwestern’s Campus. You are responsible for making your own reservations. SINGLE DAY PRICING:
Single day registration includes meetings and presentations, lunch and breaks for ONE DAY ONLY. This option is available for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Cost is $55 per day.
GUESTS:
There will be a guest registration option once registration opens. Guests can register for lodging and meals as necessary. Lodging costs are $22.00 per night for double occupancy and $43.00 per night for single occupancy.
