Q: Will I be able to get in my daily walk/run/swim/workout while at conference?
A: Yes. As a conference guest you will have access to our athletic facilities - the Ericksen Center - with running track, weight room, racquetball courts, stationary bikes, stair steppers and elliptical, etc. There is a pool and sauna in the Student Center and an on-campus nature path that follows the lakeshore. There are also a number of parks within walking distance.
Q: Are there any restaurants/stores within walking distance of Northwestern?
A: Yes - the following stores are all within 1 mile: Byerly’s (grocery store), Walgreens (not open 24 hours), Office Depot, Caribou Coffee, Brueggers Bagels, Jimmy John’s, Boston Market, Don Pablos, Marathon (gas station).
