ACL accommodations
...will be in the Hartill and Knutson wings of the Robertson Student Center.
Each room is an efficiency apartment that includes the following:
- private bathroom
- kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator, no utensils)
- air-conditioning / heating unit
- walk-in closet
- blankets, sheets, pillows, towels
- telephone - bring a calling card to call long distance
- wireless internet (see Technology section)
We will provide:
- soap
- extra hangers
Things you may want to bring from home:
- alarm clock
- desk lamp or flashlight
Televisions are located in the lounges on the end of each hallway. Local channels are available.
There are laundry facilities on the ends of each floor and on the lower level. They are card operated and cost $1 to wash and $1 to dry. A laundry card may be picked up at the Student Center Front Desk and you may put any amount of money on the card.

A 30 room block has been reserved for the ACL annual conference for the dates June 6-11, 2010. Reservations must be made by May 6, 2010 to receive the discounted rate. A mix of room types has been reserved at the $100/night rate ($110.13 with lodging tax). When you call, please provide the following information:
1. Ask for the group block. Group name is "Association of Christian Librarians annual conference."
2. The dates for which you will be reserving the room. The special rate is available prior to and after the conference dates as long as you make your reservations by May 6.
3. The room type you want. Options include singles, doubles, and suites which are reserved on a first come first served basis. Rate is the same for all room types.
Amenities include complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, shuttle service to NWC (the hotel is also within walking distance, approx 10-15 minutes), swimming pool, fitness center, free wireless internet, and free parking. The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
