Director-at-Large: Conference Services
It is the authority of the Director-at-Large: Conference Services of the Association to serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and conference services regarding conference coordination, conference mentoring, vendor relations, and conference sections.

The Conference Program Team is appointed for each conference two years prior to the conference for which that team is responsible. The team is appointed by the Board of Directors and shall consist of the Program Coordinator, Host Librarian, Conference Coordinator, Conference Vendor Relations Coordinator, and numerous Members-at-Large.
