Director-at-Large: CILA
It is the authority of the Director-at-Large: CILA of the Association to serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and the Commission for International Library Assistance.
The Commission for International Library Assistance(CILA) team was formed to assist Christian libraries in the developing countries of the world. CILA evaluates and recommends projects through which the Association can help these libraries and raises the consciousness of the existence of ACL among Christian libraries around the world. CILA team members are appointed by the Board of Directors and shall consist of the Coordinator, General Secretary, four Members-at-Large, and the Executive Director.
